Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please note -  All items on sale are final sale no refunds or exchanges. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs due to hygiene reasons. 

Refunds 

If you have any issues with your order we will be happy to organise a refund under the conditions you must:

· Notify us within 7 days of receiving order so we can authorise the request. You can do this by emailing us at wwest.veil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days for your request to process. 

· Items are unworn, unwashed & still have the west veil swing tag intact. (Products that are damaged, washed or clearly worn cannot be accepted) PLEASE NOTE: Items will be returned to buyer if damaged.

· Items must not have an odour or any perfume smells 

· Items must be returned within 7 days UK or 14 days overseas (from purchase date)

· If you are returning the cost of return is your responsibility.

· Please we request all returning items are tracked for your benefit as we may ask for proof of postage if we fail to receive goods. Westveil is not responsible for lost or stolen goods on return to us. 

· Refunds are issued the same method of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges online.
